Equipment racking/deracking, cable patching, port verification, label maintenance, asset inventory, spare parts replacement and Remote Hands on-site support;
Fault locating, change implementation coordination, emergency response, service reports, document maintenance and coordination of relevant suppliers;
Other work specified in the bidding documents, technical specification and service list.

3. Bidder Qualification Requirements

Legally registered and validly existing within the territory of the People's Republic of China, with the capacity to independently bear civil liability;
Possess the personnel, technical capability, project management capability and service guarantee capability required for this project;
No major violations in business operations in the past three years, and not included in the list of seriously dishonest entities;
