1. Daily inspection, operation status monitoring, information recording, alarm tracking and abnormal reporting of servers, storage equipment, network equipment, security equipment and computer room supporting facilities in the data management center;
2. Carry out equipment installation, removal and racking/deracking according to operation and maintenance requirements, and complete on-site operations such as network and power cable connection, port verification, link inspection, label updating, asset inventory and spare parts replacement;
3. Responsible for or coordinate with the diagnosis of software and hardware faults, network connectivity troubleshooting, equipment status inspection, change operations, emergency incident response, problem escalation and closed-loop tracking of faults;
4. Establish and maintain project documents such as equipment ledger, inspection records, fault handling records, change records, O&M work orders, spare parts list and monthly service reports;
5. Coordinate equipment manufacturers, operators, data centers and other third-party service units, and track fault handling, technical support, spare parts delivery and on-site service progress;
6. Complete other data management center IT infrastructure O&M work specified in the bidding documents, technical specification, service list and confirmed by both parties.

1. Legally registered and validly existing within the territory of the People's Republic of China, with the capacity to independently bear civil liability;
2. Possess the personnel, technical capability, project management capability and service guarantee capability required for this project;
3. No major violations in business operations in the past three years, and not included in the list of seriously dishonest entities;
